The Conference Begins: Whova App Launches Monday, July 21st!

We’re excited to announce that the Whova app for the VCIA 2025 Conference will officially launch on Monday, July 21st — and with it, we consider the conference officially underway!

While the in-person events kick off in August, the experience truly starts once you download Whova. The app unlocks access to the Community tab, where you can begin connecting with fellow attendees, join discussions, and coordinate plans. Whether you're looking to rideshare or simply meet others in your area of interest, the community chats make it easy to get involved early.

You’ll also be able to view the full conference agenda, explore sessions and speakers, and personalize your own schedule so you can plan ahead. And it’s not too early to customize your notifications — make sure you don’t miss a thing by setting reminders for key sessions, meetups, and announcements.

We encourage you to download the app on July 21st and take full advantage of everything it offers — from networking to planning, to sharing tips with other attendees. It’s your first step into VCIA 2025, and we can’t wait to see the community come to life!
